In the case related to the Civil Lines police station, in March 2020, a report related to the Goondas Act was sent by the police to the ADM City Court. In this case, the ADM Court has issued notices to more than 80 people by declaring them as District Badrs. The name of Salman Imtiaz is also included in this. A notice has been issued to him by declare as expelled out of District for 6 months from January 13.
Salman alleges that all this is being done intentionally.
Salman has issued a statement in this matter through Facebook. Salman said, I want to tell the people that I am being conspired to change the district from Aligarh city, because a fear is increasing among the people that if Salman is elected MLA from Imtiaz city, then in the name of dirty politics, religion, The politics that happens in the name of caste, on the basis of money, on the basis of power, will end.
He said, I am happy that this fear, my passion to fight for the right, to stand with every Muslim has become a scene of fear in the hearts of the opposition and the administration. They want me to be kept away from the election of Aligarh city, because the people have made up their mind. People at this time want such a leader, who stands with them all the time against oppression.
