Ten days have passed since the war between Ukraine and Russia started on 24 February. Today is the 11th day of this war. On the tenth day, Russia declared a ceasefire in Ukraine, but ended it after a few hours. This means that Russia is now ready to launch air and ground attacks on Ukraine as before.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened to wipe out Ukraine if it does not bow down. In response, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that we will fight for freedom and will not bow down to anyone.
Ukrainian President Zelensky had requested the US to provide fighter jets amid fears that Russia would attack. In response, the US has asked Poland to send its F-16 fighter ships to Ukraine. Here Ukraine has shot down a Russian helicopter in a rocket attack.
